It's likely dealer dependant. I just caught wind of a very important update to the transmission shudder TSB. Apparently, as of July 9th, the TSB has been revised to no longer require diagnostic procedures. Engineer reviews have proven that replacing the torque converter does not provide a long-term solution to TCC shudder.#18-NA-355 is the procedure that fixed my shudder issue. (Tsb 18-NA-355) Took my 2018 Colorado WT in for the flush at the Chevy service center I get all my routine work done at. It was all covered under warranty as I only have 18,900 miles on it.
